Being a tenant with property partners was probably one of the most stressful experiences of my life. Nothing but absolute cowboys. So where do I start?! They charged us their ridiculous made up fees promising a clean property and full inventory check. No check ever took place and when we moved into the property the state of it was an absolute disgrace. There were even mushrooms growing on one of the bedroom walls and the bathroom was green with mould. After sending countless emails and phone calls, weeks later PP sent someone to 'fix' these problems and to make matters worse tried to bill us at the end of the tenancy for the privilege. I know agents are all slow to do anything these days but PP take poor customer service to another level. They constantly make misrepresentations on both their adverts and through correspondence - at the beginning of the tenancy they even lied about the deposit to be paid to entice us into paying the admin fees! The company really is just a con. And just when we thought it couldn't get any worse, we have now had to wait over 3 months to get back our deposit because PP want to take money for the state of the property when we moved in. Oh yeah I nearly forgot, upon getting our new house where we now live, PP bribed us into paying £15 for them to 'release our references'. We have since got this money back. Long story short we was ignored for 7 weeks and our deposit was kept for 9 weeks over due for no reason. We was asked to replace some things in our flat we moved out of, we did that straight away. We cleaned the flat thoroughly before we left and we had witnesses. Our so called landlord, Simon was utterly unhelpful, unpleasant and continued to be an utter ass because his flat wasn't good enough for us. He ignored us for weeks and was on the verge of getting a solicitor! It was only because we went into the office that he gave us our deposit back! Whilst we was there he continued to stall our deposit until I mentioned that we was in process of getting a solicitor. Will not be having anything to do with PP again as the whole process was ridiculous due to two people! ... Read more

I've been using Property Partners for a few years and am generally very pleased with their service. I have a small portfolio of houses, some of which aren't easy to find tenants for. Regarding these it has always been productive and reassuring to sit down with Dawn to discuss ways of moving forward and getting them let. They've managed all of my houses really well and made necessary repairs quickly - keeping the tenants happy. It's always a pleasure dealing with all that work in Property Partners, they are all really lovely people as well as being good agents.... Read more

I have been using Property Partners since 2009 and they look after my two properties and they have done an excellent job so far. They manage all tenant/property related issues, agree costs with me prior to any work being undertaken and are real genuine people to work with. It seems I have known them for years although I have never met anyone of them personally, so it makes it even more special. All staff are very pleasant and courteous and Russell provides his expert consultancy on property investments as well. Property Partners have provided a truly hands off fully managed service. Rosemary - 21 Nov 2011 I used Property Partners for a tenant find only for our apartment in Sheffield - less than a week from instruction to finding a tenant and everything was good about the service. Fast, efficient communication. Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Good, common sense advice about rental income. All this for a very competitive fee. Definitely use these people, I can't recommend them too highly!... Read more
