After using another agent before, the girls in the office have been amazing and a breathe of fresh air. Boiler broke and had to wait for parts, maintenance guy gave us heaters to keep warm and came back next day with parts to fix. Some reviews on here are clearly people that don't want to pay for the damage they have caused because QPS are nothing like what they suggest. Definitely recommend and just signed another 2 year tenancy!

I have been renting with QPS for 3 years and the girls in the office are great, always helpful and everything is handled fast, some of the reviews on here worried me but they are nothing like my experience

Only given it a 1 star because I can't give it none. Absolutely non existent service. Abysmal customer care and never someone to speak to, even in an emergency.

I recently began letting with QPS, Emma (my agent) went to great lengths for me, as my situation was pretty dire, and has been really helpful, acted quickly when problems have arisen and coped well under massive pressure which came with my property!
I have been with a few agencies and my agent has been the best out of my 11 years renting, I don't feel like a cash cow and I don't feel like I can't say something, it's been a relief dealing with this company. Highly recommended.

Good agents
I was a tenant on a job location and this agency helped me throughly. I called at early morn or late at night and they would answer and get a resolution to repairs fast. They always dealt with my request fairly and Was reasonable on the check out. Happy tenant!

I was very impressed from the beginning.
I had the keys to my house in my hand within 5 days after viewing the property. There was no hassle whatsoever. Everything was communicated very well and very clear.

The reason tenants are wary of agents. Zero use when issues arise and will fleece you. Avoid!
Handed me a dirty flat to start with - carpet covered in black dust, oven filthy, floor damaged. Refused to sort but assured me this would be considered at check out.
Failed to give me correct info re parking and the parking permit required. Refused to pay fine I was given for not having permit.
Couldn’t access parking for one month as fob failed. Bugger all help getting me a replacement and refused to pay parking fees for the month I couldn’t use my own space.
Landlord let himself in early at weekend - I was home alone and in bed. Did nothing at all about my complaint.
Took them 6 months to get a leak in flat fixed - refused to pay the huge water bill which was a direct consequence of the leak and wasted water. Gave me a measly £90 towards a £500 bill.
Once I’d given notice they gave my details out to other agencies - despite this being illegal! Claimed these agencies already had my details ..?! Err how exactly? Osmosis?!
Let themselves in to view flat without confirming a viewing with me - whilst I was in shower. No apology.
And of course - fleeced me on the way out charging £100s to have the carpet and oven cleaned , despite the fact that I’d cleaned it already and it was in far better shape than when I took it on. Denied all knowledge of prior promise that as it was in a state when I took flat on they would consider this in check out. Just ridiculous. Avoid - absolute leeches.
Oh - and of course hung onto what they would agree to repay of my deposit for over a week for no reason once I’d handed over.

I have used QPS Homes for the last 5 years
The staff and the service provided is always good and very fair considering other agents.
I have been a tenant and a landlord so consider myself to know a good agent when I see one.
I have given 4 stars instead of 5 as there is always room for improvement.

QPS were intially helpful and friendly, but then demonstrated very poor ethics by continuing to carry out viewings on the property after my offer had been accepted. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Avoid Avoid Avoid! The good reviews on here are trying to hide the bad ones. We have been with QPS for over 2 years now, they have been so terrible at every turn. They will find any way possible to get money from you. They are very hard to get out to fix problems with the property. They are clearly understaffed. They go against their word, have attended the property without notice and are generally very unhelpful people.

I have rented my property with QPS for 8 years now. The property has never been empty and appropriate tenants have always been found quickly. The inspections on the properties are excellent, providing full written reports and photos. I receive prompt rent payments and statements via email. I use QPS maintenance service for any problems as it is fair priced and works are carried out quickly.
I am now in the process of selling the property with QPS – who took many viewings/offers and has sold within 4 weeks. QPS also arranged for a quote for legal cover and have been excellent in communicating with me so far. I would highly recommend this agency to perspective landlords.
