Expensive apartment in a building which had no planning permission as I was later informed by the council and it was to becoming uninhabitable. (Don't know whether that later changed or not). Didn't replace fridge-freezer for months which left meant shopping every single day to get any fresh food.

Horrible agency. Never replied to any e-mails or phone calls, some staff barely speak English, did not fulfill contractual agreements, didnt fix anything in the propertly (dirt, dust, mould in every room), did not equip tenants with security certificates and also did not keep property's security equipment up to standard, although contacted more than 8 times ,which are both legal obligations!!

The staff were very friendly and the service was efficient. There were no hidden charges and i got exactly what i was told. The staff were always quick to respond to my queries and addressed them accordingly. I Would definitely recommend their services to others.

Been with S&F for over a year now and I can honestly say the service has been excellent! Any queries I have are answered promptly and I've had no problems whatsoever. Very happy with my experience so far and would absolutely recommend to others.

Horrible agency that manage properties for horrible landlords. Was charged full month’s rent despite moving in 5 days before the end of the month! So basically 2 months rent for 35 days !
Some essential basic furniture and appliances not provided as promised, and had to buy my own stuff at own cost.
No curtains provided for first 3 months. Had to put my duvets on the window like a shanty..
No broadband in property for over 3 months !!
No hot water for weeks on occasions.
Only 1 washing machine for 11 people that lived in property as the other one was always broken and never fixed.
Piles of rubbish outside the house because we didn’t have adequate bins and the whole place was swarming with rats..
No light in the room for almost 9 months and had to use a £5 LED tap light to use the bathroom !!
Didn’t receive my deposit until almost 4 weeks after the end of my contract.
Charging top dollar for rooms but no service or facilities to warrant it. I think almost £700-900 for a ROOM is extortionate.
Having been a landlord myself in the past, I cannot believe the service I have received for what I paid.

Highly recommend this agency! Very nice and friendly staff, always there to help ! Me and my partner are renting from them for 3 years and hopefully many more ! I would give 6 stars but I only can give 5! ??

Just try to avoi this agency. They cant deliver the contract promises, only few people work as an agency there. They will try to scam also your deposit.

Best estate agency in Coventry!! Helpful and welcoming staff who take all the headache out of renting! Always resolving any issues/queries as soon as possible and providing top customer service in the process. I hope to rent with them for many years to come. Thank you so much!

Rented from them, whenever we had issues (i.e. property's freezer broke) we would never get a reply from anyone. Towards end of agreement found out building construction was in violation of lots of codes and to be torn down as a result.

Constantly having issues with other tenants at one of their "room only" property. We keep asking them to do something about it and they say they will speak to the people but nothing happend in two months. They can't be bothered to enforce the tenancy agreement on other tenants, but also they are not willing to let us go either.

Avoid this agency!! I had to wait for 3 weeks in order for them to process my deposit through DPS. Moreover, the sofas and the front door handle were broken when I moved into the property. They promised to send someone to fix it, but no repair were carried out until the end of my tenancy. Their staff is not proactive at all, I always had to chase them to get updates on my queries.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. However we never get a reply from the office when telling them what repairs we need to get done.
