We have rented a couple of different flats through Sovereign House over the last 5 years. To be honest the service, in our experience as tenants, has been quite variable over the years. That said most, most recently Lisa has been extremely helpful in negotiating on our behalf with our landlord. The outcome was successful and we will be renewing our tenancy as a result. Awful, please avoid at any cost. We arrived at the flat and found it in horrible conditions. For this reason we had to hire professional cleaning to make it liveable. The agency clearly stated in our email exchange that they were sorry about this and for this reason we did not have to perform professional cleaning before leaving the flat. Result? They asked us 500 POUND!!! Furthermore they promised us a dishwasher was present, since it was not there they agreed to allow us to sell one of the fridge in the house. Result? They asked money for it and we had to negotiate to solve it. Please avoid it at any cost, they are only after some easy money... Read more

We rent a flat with Sovereign House Victoria Park for a few years and they always answered our requests promptly. They are really responsive and make sure the issues are addressed quickly (questions to landlord, contract updates, paperwork, boiler issue...). Even after we left the flat, they were still keen on helping us with forgotten mail in the letter box and other matters due to the moving out, when they obviously didn't have to. I would definitely recommend Sovereign House.... Read more
