Spring Properties provides excellent customer service. Agent Patrick is very helpful and professional. We have very bad experience from other agencies when looking for a flat, they always wanted some money in advance and they had high fees for their service with horrible flats to offer. I found Spring Properties, we arranged the meeting and everything went smoothly with renting the flat. Our landlord is great and we can easily contact him if any problem. We have been renting with this agency for the last 2 years and there was never any problem. They always call us to renew contract and all documents are delivered to us on time.
