their managerial system evil roots and absolutely of no interest in any residents the only help they help them and enjoy seeing you destroyed and judge you immediately after
constructive here there is nothing but only the bricks of lego that were taken away from him when they were still children in fact they are all blocked at that age 3 years max. children can not manage anything only Lego brick ????

Strettons are totally unprofessional, I will not recommend it even to my worst enemy. I am considering legal action against them.
I have dealt with them, as a receiver and I was paying rent monthly to the managing agent. As I was away for holidays, they hired a company to harass the current tenants living in the place, and asking them to give money to a different account. Two big guys were knocking the door and windows at 7am in the morning, and telling one of the ladies who was alone at home to pay today to a different bank account, or she will have to leave that night evicted. She got really scared even to leave the house again. This is not how a professional company does business, but more a Mafia business.

Heating is centrally switched off from may all the way till october to save money although they will still charge you the same rent.

They’re the worst Lettings agency in London. A fraud company that knows nothing about renting or managing flats. We made the horrible mistake of renting a flat managed by them and lost £16000 that their employee stole from inside our flat! We reported a blocked bathroom sick to these agents and they sent an engineer to fix it. Little did we know that they had not only instructed him to fix our problem but steal from us!!! Instead of doing his job like he was supposed to, he went and rummaged through my wife’s jewellery box and stole two of her rings including her wedding ring which was extremely expensive! We called them urged them to investigate and get us our rings back but instead of helping us out or having the courtesy to pay for our loss caused by their employee they sat back in their chairs, replied to emails in days, informed the guy about our complaint instead of interrogating him and did absolutely nothing!!
They are a bunch of corporate thieves who do not value the security of their customers but instead care more for their own reputation. Do not work with them. They’re a fraud company. They put us in danger by sending a man so pathetically mentally ill to steal in broad daylight in our presence. Had we caught him steal it he could’ve done anything to us escape the situation.
They should be banned and their company license cancelled.
