Me and my better half have just dealt with Stringfellows and let me tell you without the help of Tanya and the girls in the office we wouldn’t be where are are now.
We reserved a property with Taylor Wimpey and were given 6 weeks to have an offer in place to sell our property before moving into the next stage, we were STITCHED up with an estate agent that Taylor Wimpey make you go with and we were getting nowhere which is when we begged the agent to bring Tanya and the girls on board.
Within 2 days Stringfellow had made more viewings than the agent instructed had us in 2 weeks and had us an offer within a week!
We are now in our new home and non of it would have been possible without the help of Tanya and the girls, we can’t thank them enough!!!
I can tell you for a fact and 100% that the negative reviewiers on here must have had a bad day at work to leave the reviews they have, I wouldn’t think twice about selling with Stringfellows again, please feel free to contact me directly to be told again how good they are!
Thanks Tanya!

Offices are closed on weekends, no emergency out of hours number should there be an issue I.e boiler breakdown. Office staff has very poor attitude and the owner is an absolute disgrace. She has a vulgar attitude, harrasses tenants and further more gives nothing but abuse. Absolutely disgusting.... Read more

Just had an awful, very, very stressful experience with this estate agents. Firstly we had two weeks of messing about, going backwards and forwards with offers and feeling very much like we were being encouraged to offer more money or we would be "outbid". When our offer of the full asking price was (finally) formally accepted by the seller and they listed the property as being sold subject to contract we were told that someone had put in a higher than asking price offer and that they had a "legal obligation" to let the seller know. We were asked what our "full and final offer" was as the seller wanted to know and we informed them that we wouldn't go a penny higher than the asking price as we were already at more than our limit. We were told a few hours later that the seller was going to go with the higher offer instead!!!!
We had already paid the money for the survey and the solicitors fees as well, as we were told by Stringfellows to get the ball rolling on our side and get our searches done and our mortgage offer sorted asap.
We feel that this is very bad practice and have been told that the general consensus amongst other estate agents in this situation is that the details of the person making the offer would be taken and IF the property fell through for any reason they would then contact the person asking if they were still interested, not mess the current buyer about when their offer had been accepted in writing!!!!!
We were mis-led by the agent on more than one occasion about various things and I would avoid at all costs, they are just out for all the money they can get and do not care about wasting people's time and money. Would rate as no stars if I could!! Would never recommend or deal with them again, even if they had my dream house up for sale!!!!!... Read more

Great little business ! It has been a pleasure to deal with the guys at Stringfellows and would definitely recommend them in future. Dealt with Leanne throughout my property purchase and her communication via phone and email was brilliant. As a first time buyer, it was great to have that personal touch with the process. Thanks!...
