9th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I was renting a shop from hyde about four months ago, and after four months, I had a problem with my health, and I had to return the shop. Chris and Daniel very friendly accepted my situation and they start to sort out my problem very quickly and respectfully helped me solve this problem, they are very professional in their work and it was my honour to work with them and I am sure that I will be able to work with them again in the future. If I am looking for a commercial property again for rent, I will get help from these friends.

21st Aug 2024 (21 days ago)5 stars all day long! I cant begin to express my true thanks to Holly at Entwistle Green, Westhoughton. I contacted Holly for a quick valuation and needed this to be a quick sale, she came out valued my house and sat and listened to me about my personal life (I think I cried too) and still she wasn't phased and took the instruction. From agreeing to the valuation, Holly and her team made what was an extremely stressful sale for personal reasons, a very calming process for me and was with me 100% from instruction to completion. Holly's knowledge, patience and efficiency is way above what you would expect and I cannot ever find enough words to thank her. I would recommend Entwistle Green to anyone but specifically Holly if you are looking to sell your property. Thank you so much x

I’m absolutely sure the quality of the video & photography is what sold our house within 5 days of going on the market! The house was sold before the board went up! She has been so reassuring and helpful with what ended up being a very stressful transaction (due to a bad remortgage solicitor), and has helped keep me sane throughout this process! If you want someone who is friendly, down to earth, polite while being efficient and professional I would highly recommend Zoe! Thanks again for everything!

18th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

During that time I have many problems with the apartment I rent out not least several leaks. The staff at Copelands always do everything they can to help, nothing is too much trouble. Emails are always answered promptly and efficiently and I rely on their knowledge of the market to advise me on matters concerning if and when to increase the rent, when the apartment needs a lick of paint and, if there is a change of tenant, whom to choose. This excellent Management Company takes the hassle out of renting.

Her professionalism and dedication made the entire process smooth and as stress-free as possible. One sour note is that we moved in to the house 6 weeks ago and they still haven't moved the 'For sale' sign - Chelsea has just stopped responding to me now which is a little disappointing.
