1st Jan 2026 (24 days ago)Not happy with the service at all. Data leaks, no contact when requesting, no for sale put up, high prices and little service and very poor administration. I would not recommend and would suggest trying your local estate agents instead!

From my first discussions with Camilla, she was great, meeting me at my property at short notice on a weekend. Her expert knowledge of the area and helpful advice were much appreciated. The team were proactive in finding an excellent tenant very quickly. Alex and Ellie were also incredibly helpful, always answering questions and providing support. I would highly recommend this agent to anyone looking to rent their property.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

My house listing went live on Friday and by Wednesday we had 3 offers. We eventually sold the house for a little above the valuation due to the interest in the property generated by Ashtons.
