We recently purchased a property that was being sold through the Cambridge branch of Strutt and Parker. We dealt with Chloe Gregerson throughout and she was amazing. She went above and beyond and took control of corresponding between the whole chain towards the end. I would definitely go to her if ever I sold again and not the estate agent we used. About a year ago, we saw a property being marketed by Strutt & Parker, Cambridge. Jen showed us around and though we were very intersted in the property, we knew it might be a while before we would be in a position to purchase. Over the next six months, Jen was really helpful in keeping us updated with the position of the property. When we were able to make an offer, she handled the process and we're delighted to have been able to buy the house. Early on we also had Lawrence from S&P Cambridge look at our existing property and, so good was the service we had received from Jen and the very professional approach of Lawrence, that we decided to use them to sell our property as well. Again, we could not fault the professionalism and service provided by the whole team at S&P, which I am sure helped us find a buyer within a few weeks. We have no hesitation in recommending the Strutt & Parker team in Cambridge to anyone buying or selling in the area. We would use them again without looking anywhere else.... Read more
