I bought a park home after just two viewings from Abbott’s. Although I didn’t buy the first one which I planned on buying, it was nothing to do with Abbott’s. They made me aware of the second one and took me to see it immediately. I fell instantly in love with it, made an offer and close on Friday! It was such an easy and smooth purchase. Lee and Sam were both amazing, professional and accommodating! You can’t ask for better service than with them! This has all been accomplished in less than three weeks! I recently purchased a property through Abbotts Countrywide Estate Agents in Rayleigh and I was very impressed with how helpful and proactive the whole team were!
Nick Webber - Branch Manager - was my contact throughout the whole process and he was a pleasure to deal with. If I needed to contact Nick he was always available, either by email or phone. Buying a property is meant to be a stressful task however Nick totally removed this which allowed me to handle the logistical side of the move.

I want to thank Nick and the team for their help in finding our perfect family home!

I've dealt with most of the team in the branch, but mostly Nick and Melissa, both of whom have been fantastic in looking after selling my property, to currently seeing it through to exchange and completion. What was key to me was communication between the branch and myself, Melissa was great in calling me after viewings with feedback, or to at least tell me she was trying to contact the viewer to get feedback.
