Having a survey cancelled at the last minute by this company was totally unacceptable! Called to ask for help , you can imagine my stress levels were high . I was told they couldn’t tell me why OR give me the details or telephone number of the company they use and then told me it wasn’t their fault , no apologies and no sympathy for my situation Unhelpful , abrupt and unresponsive staff who passed the blame on to another company . Just remember if you represent another company , you represent yourselves! Sadly my mortgage company use this firm , I have told them to find another , more professional and friendly company to carry out their surveys . Just to make people aware ......... Read more

terrible agents. Send me marketing e mails constantly even though I've asked to unsubscribe. No idea where they got my e mail address from but they simply ignore all communication. They are appauling lease agent. Would never use them to rent my property, they perform no inspections, have no interest in the properties or communites that they lease property to, just terrible, worse than absent landlords, its all about the 10% commission. Glad there are still professional agents around... Read more

Absolute disgrace I was led down the garden path by this estate agents, I appreciate with my horrific divorce that hasnt helped atall, but they could of been alot more supportive and refused to do a formal valuation as divorce proceedings are ongoing will not use these ever again & its my local town estate agents so even more so disappointed ????????????... I rented through this agent just recently and they are refusing to respond to my deposit request which I made on the DPS website! After a few phone calls later they still haven't responded which they said they would do! DPS have said that they have now gone past the time limit for them to respond so now a letter will be sent to them from the DPS signed by a solicitor ordering them to pay me back my deposit! Shocking estate agent and really rude staff at the market weighton branch! DO NOT USE !!!... Read more
