Sweetmove were the managing agent of two properties that we let. Their involvement was complete from serving Section 21's, working with the tenants to find new accommodation in the difficult market, marketing the properties and showing it to prospective clients.
Throughout the process we were kept informed and any issues were dealt with openly and successfully.
I have seen how the large agencies operate and how they work to take a commission from every action or service that are part of letting, selling or buying of property. Such behaviour was never witnessed during all our dealings with Sweetmove as landlord and seller.

I have recently sold my property through Sweetmove in Pocklington. The whole experience was absolutely seamless- correspondence was quick and professional and Emily was on hand for advice of any kind! Throughout every step of my buying process Emily’s conduct has allowed me to have full confidence that my onward purchase is being dealt with efficiently and professionally. She has communicated well and on a regular basis and has shown complete patience, understanding and support of the circumstances. Being entirely professional but also very personable, Emily has been honest, helpful and hasn’t hesitated in leaving me with no questions or queries unanswered. It is clear Emily is very knowledgeable about the industry and is genuinely trustworthy making a house purchase, what is naturally a very stressful experience, that bit more pleasurable and enjoyable.

Out of the 3 different estate agents we have dealt with Sweetmove Pocklington were by far the best, they had such good communication with both ourselves, our solicitors and the vendor and their solicitors. They were on the ball with everything and chased any issues up consistently, they helped to get us into our first home in time for Christmas which was a total dream come true for us! The after care from them has also been outstanding and more than we could have ever expected!

Sweetmove are a top quality estate agent. Having handled the property when I originally bought it I knew I wanted to use them again to sell it.
Emily was brilliant throughout. Although the rest of the team were just as helpful when needed.
