I recently used Thomas for a valuation on my shared ownership property. He was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. His communication was spot on always quick to respond to emails. Probably more importantly for most people he was very competitively priced. I recommend Thomas very highly and will not hesitate to use him again in the future.

I used Winfields Surveryors for a RICS valuation survey I needed on my property. I found Thomas Winfield kind, reassuring and understanding to my questions as I wasn’t sure what a RICS valuation survey actually was.
He explained everything that would happen over the phone and was able to carry out the survey within a few days. I also found the price was very reasonable compared to other companies.
I would highly recommend to anyone.

Gill undertook the survey as scheduled and presented back a thorough report within two working days as promised. The detail of the survey gave us the re-assurance we required around buying the house and I would thoroughly recommend the company to anyone.
