Really excellent experience buying my first home through Austin Gray. From viewing the flat to moving in just 2 months later(!!) everything was spot on. Graham and Nikki were both fantastic to work with - friendly, trustworthy, professional, diligent, informative. Can't recommend Austin Gray enough.

Graham is a total superstar – an estate agent I actually trusted. He went out of his way to reassure me, and make everything regarding my sale run smoothly. Got the right price for myself and my buyer. He advised on places I was looking at, and made sure lines of communication were always open. A personal service, by the person who runs his business - a rarity in 2023. Best estate agent in Brighton (and I've met a lot of them!).

We are group of 10 leaseholders who were extending our leases at the same time. Although we chose to hire another company to represent us we would highly recommend Austin Gray when it comes to their professionalism. I'm shocked to be saying this, but after a few hurried 10-minute property viewings with a teenager who just wants you to hand over your life savings and not bother them further, Graham was a delight. I'm really happy we're in the process of buying a flat through him, an experienced professional and real human being.
