Could not be worse. If you want to deal with an estate agent that does absolutely nothing, forgets who you are, does not contact you or the vendor for 6 months +, this is the one for you!

I have to say the biggest ever massive thank you to Beverly ,especially ,and all of her team that have endured the most difficult and long running sale , that i expect they have ever had !!Bev has always been there when we were struggling with a very difficult situation .Bev never waivered with her care and kindness throughout, her professionalism was absolutely first class at all times , i cannot recommend Bev and her team highly enough, they are first class

Once again we are so pleased that the house we wanted to buy was for sale with Roy Barrett Estate Agent. Beverley was amazing, from giving advice to sorting out problems promptly and efficiently. If she was not available Brandon was always able to help us and was obviously up to date with any problems and with progress. Buying or selling a house is never easy but the team at Roy Barrett are certainly to be highly commended for their welcome approach to the whole stressful experience!

A huge thank you to Bev and her team at the Roy Barrett Estate Agency in Sturminster Newton, for going above and beyond in facilitating the sale of our mother's home. Bev, Brandon and James were all extremely helpful, professional and courteous. They have good local knowledge and contacts, were prompt to respond to calls and emails and kept us informed of progress along the way. They were always willing to go the extra mile with advice or assistance when needed.
