I recently used their service to sell my property. Both Ben and Francine were extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish. The current climate did lead to some challenges along the way, although the teams professionalism and knowledge of the market helped to smooth these out with ease. Very professional and easy to work with.

Ben and the team sold my parents' home during the hardest time our family has been through - Dad passed away halfway through the process. From start to finish they were kind, patient, and never once made us feel rushed or like a transaction. Ben went well above and beyond, checking on the house for us as we were based out of the country, which took a real weight off our minds. We're so grateful we had them in our corner. Ben at Hambledon Estate Agents went above and beyond to help us sell our property. We hit a few obstacles along the way (just lots of bad luck) and Ben went out of his way to help, offer advice and do whatever he could to get us back on track and make sure things went smoothly. He’s always been kind, professional and friendly on the phone and in person. My Mother was unable to leave the property during viewings and he always looked after her welfare when anyone was in the property for viewings. Making sure she knew what was going on and that she was ok. If you are looking for a knowledgeable estate agent, who is also caring and professional then I can highly recommend Hambledon in Shaftesbury. More than happy with the service we received.
