I'm glad they care about Google score and this is a way to have things moving when they got stuck. Issues was raised on 20th October and solved on 20th December after this review.
Initial story:
I was renting with Lauristons until they bought by Hawes. Since that time every single fix became a quest, I'm waiting for months for a dishwasher fix and not even have ETA on the problem.
