Stephen Ashby has been so supportive during the entire sale process, handled the negotiations sensitively and well, kept the lines of communication open even when the solicitors were dragging their feet, and was always cheerful and charming. I also used this branch last year when I bought my first house on my own and they held my hand throughout that process too, and kept me calm even when it all seemed rather scary! I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
