John was a fantastic estate agent. When viewing the property for a valuation his enthusiasm and passion was obvious. He gave an accurate valuation that the flat ended up being sold for.
When it came to putting the property on the market Howard Cundey took great pictures, created a brochure and also took a very nice video.
They found a buyer on the second weekend and were extremely helpful and responsive for the entire process.
Would definitely use again!

John sparks goes beyond the line of duty to help his clients.
He is very knowledgeable and most of all he’s the most friendliest guy you could ever meet and is willing to help any time of day.
I hope he is getting treated what he is worth because he deserves it.
This goes the same for barry, he really is a pool of knowledge. ????????

I can highly recommend John Sparks at Howard Cundey. He has guided us through to our sale and has been Very efficient, supportive and friendly. He was present for every viewing which was helpful as we were selling during the pandemic.

As far as estate agents go, they handled the purchase of our home with little pain or grief. There are not many estate agents to chose from in the surrounding villages so it's good that these guys seem to offer a smooth operation!
