I recently sold and purchased a house through the Kinver office.
It was during the very stressful national lockdown and consequently all communication had to be done either on the phone or by email.
Dawn, based at the Kinver office, was always upbeat, willing to help and allay any worries.
Both sales were handled with professionalism, kindness and with, i might add, much patience by Dawn.
I could not have wished for more helpful, kinder staff and I would highly recommend Midcalf Nicholls to anyone.
