I didn't find Eden Midcalf proactive enough. Whether this was due to current market or not.
So I decided to try another agent for a fresh start.

I have been a tenant through Eden estates twice and have nothing but good things to say. No hassle throughout either tenancy. Helpful and felt looked after if there were any issues with the properly.
My landlord was also great and a pleasure to deal with even if not directly. Thank you for the few years in the house.

Called to view a £900,000 house as a cash buyer, they have a viewing on Tuesday but nothing on a weekend to allow for those that may have to work.
So if you want to sell your house on a Tuesday they are probably great, but if i was selling my house and a cash buyer wanted to view on a weekend I would expect my agent to get our of bed and show them around......

I recently sold and purchased a house through the Kinver office.
It was during the very stressful national lockdown and consequently all communication had to be done either on the phone or by email.
Dawn, based at the Kinver office, was always upbeat, willing to help and allay any worries.
Both sales were handled with professionalism, kindness and with, i might add, much patience by Dawn.
I could not have wished for more helpful, kinder staff and I would highly recommend Midcalf Nicholls to anyone.
