Horrible service. Had a viewing booked and got caught up in traffic (we drove over an hour to the house) tried calling 13 times while driving there and no one picked up. Got to the house 10 mins after viewing time and no one was there, called a further 6 times and no one answered. Called the lettings department and they picked up told the lady what happened and the guy who was meant to do the viewing just up and left as we was pulling in, didn’t call us or anything at all to ask whether we was on our way etc. we’ve interacted with multiple estate agents and they all give you a call on the day of the booking and give you some form of contact details to get in touch if any issues. Eden midcalf are very unprofessional and I am extremely dissatisfied in the service we received today, no wonder they been trying to sell this property for over 3 months and have had no luck....
