Highly Recommended.
Jeanne Fry went above and beyond to help us through a absurdly complicated transaction, that was started by my late father and included a battle with a neighbour over some land, that popped up in the middle.

In particular and with many thanks to all the team at Ebbw Vale, who were outstanding in dealing with a recent sale.
Throughout the process, which was made seamless, they were excellent from first contact forward.
They were extremely efficient and supportive, providing prompt feedback and communication.

Jeanne Fry, Real Estate Agent at Bidmead Cook Real Estate Agents has gone above and beyond in terms of very quickly securing a purchaser for a property which I was selling. But not only that, her attention to detail in assisting with the completion of the sale with my conveyance lawyers was exemplary. Her communication skills and care to detail in dealing with myself and the lawyers make me give her and Bidmead Cook a 5 star review. Highly recommended.

I had three valuations of my property, Bidmead came out on top for me, the lady who came to valuate, was, polite professional and well prepared, communication through out the sale was brilliant, I was updated, regularly, the property sold pretty quickly. I would highly recommend these estate agents

Unprofessional!! Try to avoid this agency! Appointment booked few days ago and when I was calling 1 hour before to confirm that someone will be at the property, they said that the agent with whom I booked the viewing is not working and they had no idea that the viewing was booked.

Tried to view a property listed with this agents.
Some cheeky little jumped up office worker, spoke to me like a peace of dirt, and refused to let me have a viewing, until I let her have six months bank statements, and only then would she decide.
I went somewhere else.
Rude and unprofessional, bordering on nutty.
