I've been in my place for almost 18 months and Monika at CBRE has been amazing ever since I moved in. She's helpful, friendly, quick to respond and very good at what she does! Very lucky to have her as my CBRE manager!!

The worst property management company...
If you are renting and CBRE will become your property manager, think twice!!!
They increased the rent during my 2-year 'fixed term' tenancy. Although it's unlawful to increase the rent during a fixed term contract, they threatened to kick out from the flat by using the break clause.
At the end of the tenancy they wanted to charge 700£ (ie. each water drip mark 35£) for the wears & tears without a bill and the case went to DTS who decided that all are irrelevant and can be also removed by cleaning and therefore they only cut the cleaning fee from the deposit and returned the majority.
