I was very disappointed with the lack of any interest in my property.
I was constantly told that sales in the area were virtually nil, and to reduce the price, this brought no more interest at all to the table.
I decided to take my property off the market, at least until my contract time with Chewton rose is up.

If your property is worth over a million, your experience might differ, however, anything less than that, then don't expect much. The promise of "cutting edge new technology and innovative marketing" is totally misleading: they couldn't even do the basics. The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism would be totally unacceptable in any other industry or business sector.

Very professional in the production of the brochure, but once on sale, the communication was non-existent and ablity to provide viewings was mediocre.
They may also consider reviewing this questionnaire! (Same question asked twice, Value for Money not relevant if on a percentage, How Much did they charge must be able to accept zero. Again, mediocre.)

We decided to use Chewton Rose as they had been strongly recommended to us by a friend who had been impressed with the service. The proof to us was that our house sold in 3 days and completed quickly with minimal issues...due to the team being completely focused on the sale and efficiently solving any queries etc.
