We sold our flat through Coulters in 2026 and had a fantastic experience with the company, and everyone we engaged with in the valuation and selling teams. Coulters helped us get ready for the sale, arranging photography and sales brochures, which came out really well thanks to lots of guidance from their side. After we got our sales particulars ready, it took us a while to make the decision that we were ready to put our flat on the market, but Coulters put no pressure on us over that period of time, and instead continued to advise us and discuss our sales strategy, including when might be the optimal time to put our property on the market, so we can be in a position to buy a new property with a minimal chain/not having to rent in between. Our main contact at Coulters was Francesca Hill who supported us from the first time of reaching out to Coulters, up to the point of unpacking boxes in our new home. Francesca's advice throughout the whole process was truly invaluable, especially in the highly competitive property market in Edinburgh, and we appreciated how professional, experienced and constructive Francesca was. Selling/buying a new home is stressful, but doing it with someone like Francesca on the other end of a phone/email really makes a huge difference.

This is third time we’ve used Coulters to either buy or sell a property in the last 2.5 years. They are a great bunch - professional, knowledgeable, responsive and very nice to deal with, I would ( and have) happily recommend them to friends and family.

I had a fantastic experience working with Coulters to sell my flat in central Edinburgh. The team were extremely efficient, great at keeping me updated on the latest information and their website portal was a game changer to keep track of everything. Huge thanks to Rosie and Nicola who I worked directly with, they both made the process of selling my property very easy for someone that’s never been through the process before. Couldn’t recommend more!

Coulters are very efficient, effective and friendly. They helped me sell my flat in Leith. The communication was very good from the beginning, I really liked the advertising materials they produced and the process of getting viewings booked in was smooth, it was easy to keep an eye on the viewings, notes of interest and offers in the portal. I recommend this company.
