Absolutely lovely team from start to finish though we haven't got to the final stages yet. But so professional, helpful and lovely, not what I had come to expect of estate agents, if I'm honest. Would highly recommend them.

Very unprofessional in keeping their customers informed. Even after being second one to submit a formal note of interest for a property with a specific willingness to place an offer immediately, they advised my solicitor to wait for a closing date. Then they went ahead with getting an offer accepted by someone else without giving me a chance to place an offer or going to a closing date. If you are dealing with Coulters, please bear in mind that you may end up getting disappointed due to their partial behaviour. Hope they improve their service quality in this competitive market.
