My family and myself are very thankful for Matthew Ross's brilliant work, he was incredible throughout the renting process of a property and was always super kind, warmhearted and friendly.
We also want to emphasize Roman Lyndon's outstanding work, he was relentless on helping us with the property offer and made sure that the landlord and ourselves were in tune, always respecting our needs and restrictions. He was always very understanding, thoughtful and gentle.
Both of them made sure that we knew what was going on and what we could do to have a smooth progress without much struggle.
They were extremely helpful and always picked up our (many) calls with patience and dedication.
