We used this company due to being link to our choose of bank lenders.The report took so long to produce which was very unnecessary due to this company becoming FBI detectives and questioning why a family member was trying to buy a family business!! Clearly you could see how Ill the seller was (cancer) and this beautiful sole passed away early this year. Due to the lengthy time for which a small report very basic caused a lot of stress and DELAY in getting the sale of property moving. Has to the time length the seller had from doctor to live. The delay and unnecessary question I would not recommend this company. 42 years the business had been in the family and will continue to be but the suspicion from this company was totally unacceptable.
So, if you want like we do a quick efficient report do not use this company as they will not deliver to a high standard to please the customer and understanding and sympathies on the customers situation. Very cold humans.

I spoke to a representative this afternoon to try and book an appointment to view a property in my local area, only to find they can only accommodate viewings during office hours 9-5am and during weekdays only. The representive appeared to have no decision making ability within his position and had to seek advice on two occasions to book a simple appointment.
We were really keen to view the property, but are now not even going to bother.
The property has been on the market for 2 years already, I predict this property will be on the market for the next millennium!

Alex and the team provided an excellent service. They weren't initially my choice to market the property but should have been. Unlike the other estate agent Alex came up with different strategies to sell the property, his advice worked. the whole team were responsive, supportive and professional. Next time they will easily be my first choice.

I have always found the staff here to be professional and efficient. They are always very keen to achieve a sale or let for my properties and always keep me posted with constructive feedback on viewings. I have recommended them on a number of occasions.
