Bought a Canada Goose coat from Harrod’s, not a cheap item for son’s birthday. It was delivered and when we got it out of the box the security tag had been left on. We understand mistakes happen and Harrod’s said send back and they would reimburse the postage which was £28 approx. I did this and emailed the receipt as asked as proof of postage.
We received a new coat albeit past my sons birthday.
Since then which is two weeks down the line , they don’t reply to my emails and when I phone they say they will get someone to call and make the refund. Today is the 3rd week of making a call and told the same thing.
Surely someone has the power to make the refund when I call. Still waiting Harrod’s!
Shocking service from such a well known brand and in these difficult times you would think they would be trying to encourage you to spend with them. I have been out off buying anything ever again from them.
Total lack our empathy and customer service!
