Had a really positive experience with Lucy showing me around properties. As someone new to this it was amazing to have someone as informed and friendly as Lucy to ease me in to the process and keep me on the right track. Would highly recommend

Alicia has been a 5 star ?? letting agent, understanding what I was looking for in my flat search, giving me advice on the area, keeping in touch with any new listings and was just such a nice person to work with. Only sorry she wasn’t the one to find my home. However, I would thoroughly recommend her if you are looking to rent in this area. All the best Alicia.

Amazing experience!
My experience with Bairstow Eves was wonderful, the lovely estate agent Lucy helped me. She was very kind and attentive, she took the stress away and made things very straight forward. I couldn't recommend the Loughton branch more!

Tasked with finding the right estate agent to market and sell my parents' house I met six agents, but for a variety of reasons I couldn't settle on any of them. Then I met Nicky at Hamptons and instantly felt she offered the professionalism and support I'd need. It wasn't because she gave the highest valuation of the house. On the contrary, Nicky's valuation was actually the lowest (but as events proved, the most realistic). But at that first meeting I felt she knew the local market inside out, and possessed the well-honed instincts that only deep experience can bring. Some people just radiate "trust me, I know EXACTLY what I'm doing". I assumed her team must be similarly great, and I was right. Everyone seemed to have a hand in the process, but Mark took the lead and was exceptional in both his constant communication (no detail of the process was too small to pass on to me), and his counsel whenever we encountered a wobble or needed advice. And from everyone at Hamptons, warmth and humour to make a tricky process a little easier. To anyone looking for the right estate agent to help you buy or sell, you'll find them at Hamptons in Whetstone. Like many other reviewers here, I can't recommend the team highly enough.
