Couldn’t recommend Holland & Odam enough! They were amazing in our journey of buying our first house. We personally dealt with Maddie and Sarah who showed us the property, both of which were friendly and really helpful. Then the bulk of our process was dealt with by Hazel who constantly went above and beyond, keeping us updated and reassured several times a week right up until completion. I had a very disappointing experience with this letting agent. Communication was consistently poor from start to finish. Emails were regularly ignored, and when I did receive a response, many of my questions were left unanswered.<br>As a tenant, you expect clear, timely communication, especially when dealing with important matters related to your home. Instead, I found myself having to chase repeatedly for updates and basic information, which was both frustrating and time-consuming.<br>The lack of professionalism and responsiveness made what should have been a straightforward process unnecessarily stressful.
