Miss information, lies about the rental contract, an incompetent team.
Had to deal with them once, and never again.
Avoid this agency with all cost.
1 star is way more than they`re actually worth.

False information given to end of tenancy agreement. Wrong information given with regards to dropping of keys.

Spoke with a lady called Nikisha, very rude, had to hang up as she will not listen, and keeps talking over you. She is the representative of the company and you can see why it has low ratings because the people are unprofessional and rude. They promised to replace broken things in the house and was never done. And then Nikisha tries to lie saying thee didn’t change number when they did after court cases.
I would not recommend meridian as an estate agent, they will not listen to you and will only care if they receive their rent. Very disappointing.

I contacted them three times, once via email from zoopla or another similar site, once by phone as they didn’t respond to the email, and finally by a personal visit to their office as they didn’t get back as promised by phone. And now they’ve failed to call back even after the office visit. Basically they did seem an inefficient shower but to be fair I did get an apology on the latest visit so I will up star from one to two.
