Mishon Mackay Hove did not come across as professional. As a Vendor, I would advise against this office. Melanie arrived late to the 2nd viewing, and then rushed us out of the house. Despite the Vendor informing Mishon Mackay of issues in the house, they did not declare this information to the buyers. When conveyancers revealed this information, Oliver and his team refused to take responsibility and the Vendor was forced to take the hit - they simply wanted the sale and commission without the work. Once the offer was received, different people were being involved in the sale. The only 2 people that knew their roles and communicated with the vendor and buyer were Sue and Holly.

Just wanted to thank Ollie for all his hard work in selling our property. He was easy to deal with. Very professional always kept me updated and when I needed him to get things moving quicker he made sure that happened. It was a tricky sale and he did fantastically well to get it over the line, Thanks again!

We used Mishon Mackay for the sale of my elderly mums flat, when she went into residential care.
Oliver Spackman (and his colleagues) were excellent throughout the entire process.
I liked him immediately on his first visit to do a valuation.
He was honest, practical, helpful, proactive and is very experienced in the real estate business , so we felt we were in safe hands at all times.
He kept us updated regularly, carried out all of the instructions I requested to the letter, efficiently and professionally , but also with genuine consideration and care for us as people, not just as a business 'transaction'
I would highly recommend him, and his team, to anyone looking to sell, (or buy/rent) a property.

I work for a large property investment firm and we have been using Mishon Mackay to sell property for us in Brighton and Hove for over 5 years. I work with 100's of agents nationwide and rarely go back to the same agent in the same area unless I recieve exceptional service or above asking price offers, luckily on our last 2 transactions we have achieved both. We bought our house through Ollie. He was efficient, organised and courteous throughout. He ensured everything happened smoothly and in a timely manner. He really maintained the momentum to help get us over the finish line!
