All of the team at Paul Wallace have been absolutely fantastic with selling our house. They really do go above and beyond for their clients and truly care about making your journey as easy and stress free as possible. They are proactive, responsive and genuinely care which really does go a long way. We can’t thank Joe and Peter enough for everything they have done for us, we couldn’t have done it without you! They are there for any questions day and night as well as reassurance throughout the process! If there was an option for 10 stars I would have scored 10 and more.

I have just completed on my house purchase through Paul Wallace’s Hoddesdon branch and want to say a huge thank you to both Joe and Peter for all their help throughout a complicated (to say the least!) sale. They were so responsive and always on the end of the phone or happy to message me when I had any concerns or queries. Extremely happy with their level of service and would highly recommend using this estate agent!

Peter Gold, a very loyal gentleman from Paul Wallace Estate Agency provided me with the ultimate best service! Peter is very professional and extremely compassionate. He walked me through the negotiation, provided me with a great wealth of historical knowledge of a large Victorian property which I have now purchased from him, and Peter was very punctual with following up all the necessary enquiries with my broker, solicitors and sellers. Even on the day of completion, Peter kindly connected me with removal companies to help me move and even introduced me to my new Neighbors and made me feel at home in my new house, instantly! I will continue to keep in touch with Peter for future transactions if I ever want to sell or buy and recommendations to my loved ones. I hope anyone reading this helps and gives confidence to buy or sell with Peter Gold!
