We had a genuinely excellent experience from Paul Wallace estate agency, particularly thanks to Peter Gold, who played a pivotal role in getting our sale over the line.
Our transaction was part of a particularly complex chain, and we had more than a few unexpected challenges along the way. Throughout the process, Peter went above and beyond to keep everything on track. His communication was clear, timely, and proactive, something that made a real difference when situations became uncertain.
What stood out most was his persistence and problem solving approach. Rather than simple updates he worked to resolve issues and liaising between all parties. It felt like he genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for all of us.

If I could give more stars I would. The team at Paul Wallace have helped me with two house sales now and I honestly can’t speak higher of their work ethic, kindness and knowledge. They go above and beyond just the normal estate agent duties, especially around any challenges or grey areas that arise when selling a home. I wish I could use Joe and Peter for all my future house buys but unfortunately they don’t span to America which is where I am now based. I can’t recommend them enough - fantastic team!

We were very happy with the professional manner in which the team at Paul Wallace handled the sale of our parents' house. From the initial visit by Peter Gold to completion the team of Peter, Joe and Pete were always available and responsive and gave good advice throughout. They also recommended an excellent solicitor to handle the sale which really helped smooth the process. Highly recommended.

Really happy with the service we received from Paul Wallace - particularly Joe who handled our purchase. We had some delays caused by our less than efficient solicitors and Joe was really helpful and understanding, whilst clearly keeping in touch and doing all he could to move the sale along.
