Overall poor property management service, maintenance not followed up on numerous occasions, incorrect advice given on tenancy agreements, misleading advice given on regulation, unable to produce accounts, unable to produce the correct information on rents, very poor overall administration and paperwork. Pleasant enough staff (but likely overworked). Overall caused more hassle than it would have been to manage properties directly

Awful service. Never reply to emails and never pick up the phone. Any issues we had never dealt with and ignored

Recently dealt with Jake Ellis for the sale of my property. With my work schedule, it has been difficult to monitor the sale but Jake has kept me updated from day 1! Brilliant service and I would highly recommend if you're looking for efficient service and to sell your home quickly!
