When i was debating putting a rental Flat up for sale I went straight to Town and Country. I had been following the local agents via Social Media and it was really apparent to me that T&C would be my first choice. I called the Team and Tim was round to do a valuation on the day I requested with no hassle . He was very knowledgeable of all the sales in the area , current trends and the reasons why certain properties weren't selling . He gave a very fair valuation and was very confident that it would sell quickly. Within a few days the Flat was officially on the market. On the 2nd day of Marketing there were 5-6 Viewings booked by in by Oli and I was delighted to have agreed a sale that very day. At this stage T&C had exceeded all the expectations had and I couldn't have been happier. Unfortunately the completion of this property went on longer than it should have due to the buyers solicitors . However Charlotte went above and beyond to press the Buyers solicitors and kept me informed the whole way. Without this added insight and resource, I believe this would have taken another 3-5weeks at the rate it was going . For this I am forever grateful. I wouldn't hessite recommending the team to anyone who was overwhelmed with the choice of agents in the area.... Read more
