Friendly and polite service. Communication could be better as rarely hear from them and when I contacted them I had to correct some of the information they'd passed onto my buyer. Overall what I expected from an estate agent. Nothing more.... Read more

Absolutely terrible service. Pulled me out of work to go and view this property as they dont show outside office hours... sent an agent who said she had absolutely no information on the house couldn't answer a single question so gave me the 'letting managers' email. I decided i wanted the property called immediately after the viewing the office was closed left a voicemail asking someone to call me first thing. heard nothing called 4 times and sent 2 further emails the next morning requesting someone to contact me as i wanted the house. still ignored by the lettings manager no other member of staff knew anything about this house other than to say it MIGHT have gone despite being told at the viewing no-one else was interested at present, finally called again at lunch time got through to a very rude receptionist who said they had done everything they could to assist me.... when i countered this and said i have been waiting for a call back for 4 hours she was flippant rude and just wanted me off the phone. these people have no information on the properties they are supposed to be sorting for people they dont accommodate for people who work at all so you have to take time off to go and look at unsuitable properties- they dont find out anything you need prior they dont answer the phone or call back and when you do you get through you get to a very curt woman who cant do her job and blames you for it. These people dont want to sell properties or assist anyone looking for a property they massively wasted my time, my bosses time and it was all avoidable had they do their research prior to viewings. oh they also turn up late and unprepared and dont even bother to check on how things went afterwards. clearly are not bothered and are completely incompetent. Avoid if possible or if no alternate option I would recommend calling their office continuously as 4 times and 3 emails are not enough. Instead of helping despite their motto being 'we do everything we can to get to know you and help you achieve your property goals' they call you aggressive which is hilarious as i was close to tears... not sure how someone feeling hopeless from this process of being IGNORED equates to aggressive but then again thats another fine example of the quality of staff available to this ghastly agency, HOWEVER If you post an honest review warning other tenants from further frustration they get back fairly quickly... I would recommend anyone using this joke of a service to post their honest feedback online- You might actually get a response. (Just to be clear the office called me advising the agent was going to be late and I had to leave my job early as they don't show out of office times) Despite the hilarious response to this review....
