A big thanks to all the staff at Willsons in Alford for the help, advice and professional manner in which they handled the sale of my late Fathers property. Although I live in Pembrokeshire I was kept well informed as to the progress of viewings and interest shown in the property. They also arranged the auction and disposal of residual items left when the house was "dressed for sale", put me in touch with a Gas engineer when a safety certificate was requested for the central heating boiler and a gardener to keep the grass trimmed and presentable. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property within their catchment area.

I recently purchased a house in Spilsby, marketed by Willsons. I have been delighted with the experience. Thorough and clear communication, excellent customer service and professionalism and always friendly and engaging. Jack originally showed me round the house, James gave up a Saturday for me to show the house to my family and Chloe answered all questions quickly, clearly and efficiently. Willsons helped to make what could have been a very stressful time a very straightforward and worry free transaction. Thank you all so much!

Unfortunately because our chain broke down twice over several months, we decided not to move in the end. Found the stress unbearable. BUT Willsons, pespecially Chloe, worked really hard for us every day and we cannot fault the service we received. Chloe was as upset by our loss of sales as much as we were and kept in contact with us to try her best to turn things round. We would thoroughly recommend Willsons if you want a caring and hard working estate agent.
