Never ever return your telephone calls/emails. Extremely poor communication from all the rental staff that I have spoken to/had anything to do with.
I’ve been waiting to speak to the ‘Manager’ for 7 weeks now, every time shes ‘on the phone’ and ‘will return my call’.
I’ve rang the office - up to 3 times a day on two occasions and she’s still on the phone! 7 weeks is a long time to be on the phone. I have also sent multiple emails which receive no replies.
They drag everything on as long as possible to keep your deposit and what they can.
After giving my notice 7 weeks ago on a property and returned the keys, they’ve found another tenant (I presume as it’s no longer advertised) and yet still, I have no returned phone call on what’s happening with my deposit.
Every time you speak to someone on the phone they have absolutely no idea what’s going on, surprised they can answer a phone correctly.
The property was left in perfect condition as I hired a cleaner, I had all the carpets cleaned etc despite being in there only a couple of months.
The staff have no reason to not communicate with me and explain what is going on.
I will suggest to people to never use Willsons Estate Agents.
