If I was able to leave 0 stars I would. Shocking service. I enquired online about a property they were advertising, no response. I phoned and got a very rude man on the phone. I was given no options for viewing, I was told a time and nothing else. I was also asked a ridiculous amount of personal details to simply view the property and get a copy of the home report. Nowhere else I have viewed through has asked more than my name, phone number and email. Asking about my current residence and budget and other info is unnecessary. It is my information and not information that should concern anyone else to simply view a property. I was advised I could not speak to a manager. I also was advised I would be sent a copy of the home report which I still haven't received which I initially asked for days ago. I have received no communcation, not even an address which the advisor refused to provide over the phone. Shocking service, I dread to think how difficult it would be to buy through them as viewing a property is impossible.

Don’t waste your time!! if you are lucky enough to get through to them with an issue, they will tell you that they will phone you back but of course they won’t... I will be suggesting to my landlord that he changes to a letting agency soon because all my issues have been resolved directly through there landlord himself!

These guys took over from another agents that we had used for years as they stopped giving us good service and their fees started to get ridiculous. Central Business Sales were recommended to me by my cousin. So we gave them try. Sold both my fish and chip shops in the time they said got really good price and service was great. The fees we paid were around 40% less that the previous guys. Definitely worth using Central Business Sales

Neilsons were absolutely excellent when we were buying our new flat - they offered sage advice and were extremely supportive throughout. Due to their care and professionalism the whole process only took 6 weeks. We really couldn't have asked for a better service!

My experience with Neilsons started of Great. Dealing with Dave he was very efficient and quick to respond thought the whole process. However there was an ongoing Roof replacement on the property I was purchasing . I had raised my concerns to be investigated more to ensure I didn't have to pay for the bill. Dave passed this onto another member of the team who after consulting with the sellers solicitor confirmed I didn't have to pay for the roof replacement. The day I moved into the property I got a letter stating that I had to pay for the remaining 2/3 of the roof replacement which was just over £2000. Apparently only 1/3 of the roof had been replaced which I feel should have been picked up. This experience left me feeling a bit let down by Neilsons however It wouldn't put me off solely using Dave.

Rest assured to all the tenants who have given one star feedback below the experience for the landlord is also not much better. Belvoir are a passive/reactive agent rather than dynamic and proactive. When they moved address 2 years ago I had multiple service providers chasing me for unpaid invoices, one even went legal - all unbeknown to me. I need an agent who proactively goes the extra mile. I should have moved earlier and am so pleased now that I have.
