For a number of years now, Beveridge & Kellas have been my Solicitors and no matter what the situation has been, have always dealt with things in a very professional and courteous manner as well as making things as easy and straightforward as possible. Recently I had occasion to use their in-house Estate Agents to sell a property for me and have to say, from start to finish their attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding. The members of staff who were assigned to help me were Angela Connery and Connor Mclauchlin from sales and John Campbell for all things legal, all of whom continually kept me very well informed of progress, which was made difficult at times due to COVID-19 restrictions but as I have come to know over the years, everything went very well and successfully concluded. After a very messy sale of house with ex partner, which was more complicated due to the house being a ‘shared ownership’, and difficulties encountered with the other party trying to drag things out and creating many obstacles, the sale of the house has concluded.
