Very poor customer service/client management All issues raised in my flat have been left unsolved. Property manager hardly take calls and if at all he picks, you will hear...it will be sorted and in months, nothing is actually done. Totally unacceptable.... Read more

Completely fed up.. The AR group are the lettings agency for my flat and since moving in last October 2020 (now September 2021) all issues I have raised with them have pretty much been ignored and a year down the line not one problem has been resolved. I have left countless emails and calls with the lettings manager to mostly be ignored or be told 'ill sort it' yet here we are a month away from having been here for a year and not one issue complete. Recent emails have been ignored which i then followed up with a phone call to be told "oh yes, i saw there were a few issues outstanding.." yet no phone call or effort to communicate on their behalf! Terrible customer service. I rang them for a general enquiry and was met with utter disappointment. The people on the other end of the line didn't seem to want to be taking the calls and used the phrases 'hold on' when putting me on hold - no 'please' or 'thank you for holding'... if part of your role is customer service you should be able to handle the basics! If I were to be enquiring about a property, the general customer service would have put me off in the first instance.... Read more
