Harris Le Beau is a cut above. John Harris and Joe Le Beau are not only a pleasure to do business with professionally - but personally, too. Their astute analysis of the market, intelligent marketing and deft handling of viewings meant that our flat - charming, characterful, but unmodernised - had four offers in under three weeks. (They even went out of their way to organise viewings around our baby and her nap schedule.) Having accepted an offer at the beginning of August, we had exchanged and completed by the end of September. John and Joe ensured that the conveyancing went as smoothly as possibly and kept both sides informed on progress throughout. Communication was exemplary - both by email and on the phone. Harris Le Beau sold our flat in a tricky market (post-Truss budget) with no sense of stress and almost no disruption to our daily life at home. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
