I am extremely satisfied with the servies provided by the agency. Huge shout out to Rosie, who not only helped us with the arduous process of apartment hunting but also made every step so simple and easy to carry out.<br><br>The best part of her service was that she was very easily accessible over phone to answer any of recurring doubts. Extremely approachable, patient, and communicative.<br><br>I was searching for apartments for a while now. As soon as I contacted Rosie and the agency for the apartment I liked, I was quick to recieve a response. Within days I was able to finalise that I would choose the apartment. They helped speed this process up too. I am very grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

I have been extremely disappointed with the service I received from Chestertons Fulham Lettings.<br><br>The most serious issue occurred when the tenant welcome pack served at the start of the tenancy contained documentation for an entirely different property belonging to another landlord client. This was a significant administrative error and raised serious concerns about Chestertons’ document handling procedures and data protection standards. As a landlord, I expect confidential information to be handled with the utmost care, and this mistake severely undermined my confidence in the agency’s professionalism.<br><br>The problems did not end there. When the tenancy was renewed in 2024, Chestertons served the tenants with an expired Gas Safety Certificate as part of the tenancy documentation instead of a valid certificate which was present. This error later had significant consequences. When a Section 21 notice was served in April 2026, it was found to be invalid, resulting in unnecessary delays, additional legal costs, and considerable stress.<br><br>Towards the end of the tenancy, the tenants also began paying their rent late. I was disappointed by the lack of urgency and proactive support from Chestertons in dealing with the situation. I felt that my interests as a landlord were not being protected, and communication often lacked the sense of ownership and accountability I expected from a professional managing agent.<br><br>As a non professional landlord, I rely on my letting agent to ensure legal compliance, accurate documentation, and competent tenancy management. Unfortunately, my experience fell well below those expectations. The administrative mistakes, concerns regarding confidential documentation, failure to provide compliant tenancy paperwork, and the impact these errors had on the possession process have left me with little confidence in the service provided.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend Chestertons Fulham Lettings to other landlords.<br><br>However, Nicola Little from the vacates team and Ayse Saunders were super helpful - They were absolutely brilliant.

Extremely disappointed with how Chestertons handled our tenancy offer.<br><br>After our offer had been agreed by both Chestertons and the landlord, we paid the holding deposit and began the background checks. While those checks were still in progress, we were suddenly told that the landlord had decided to proceed with a different offer submitted through another agency.<br><br>We found the process poorly managed, lacking transparency, and highly unprofessional, particularly given the stage we had reached.

Had a brilliant experience with Chesterton Gulham Road, particularly with Piper. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and kept me updated every step of the way. Piper made the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free. Also kept me in the loop whenever ideal new properties came on the market. Would highly recommend!

The agents are dealing with a slow market for small flats in E14 so we are being patient. However, we wish they would answer emails consistently and be rather more proactive with marketing.

We successfully managed to rent the apartment we wanted with the help of Jessica Wilson and the dedicated support of Kate.
