I found Robinson Michael & Jackson very professional. They have always answered my e-mails very quickly and constructively. I felt that they are working well as a team. If my main contact was away from the office, the others were still able to help me (they knew what was going on with my case). I always felt that they knew what they were doing and when we did not get any offers on our flat, they advised us to change the sale bracket and it worked. I felt that they are honest and love doing their job.
We haven't signed the sale contract yet but hopefully it will happen soon.

They are all top of there game , ...i never met any of the maintenance team above the office but there not forgotten they played a huge part in minor faults in my new home, and i recieved 1st class service ,but the front of house team were amazing ...truly amazing, " thankyou all " especially Simon, " ciara " wendy, sunny, debbie , joe and the lads whom are just ... always grafting away heads down. ...take my advice if you want 1st class service look no further ...buying ,selling or renting..your move will deliver on everything they promise ... seriously thankyou for my amazing home and making my dream come true

AVOID !!! They sit in your house telling you how professional they are. Then you list with them and you never hear from them again!!! Joe is nothing but a liar.
Would just like to thank Sandra personally for doing an amazing job helping us get into our house, such professionalism and everything was done with a smile, quickly and stress free. She is an asset to the company. Would highly recommend anyone thinking of using Martin&Co the service we have received so far has been fantastic and second to none. They are the most rubbish people in the world they don't listen to what you say and when you do say that you are going to go court with them that's when they take action, I told them there was mould in my room on how many occasions and I'm moving out and they still haven't sorted out the problem. If you can find the same flat you want with a different agency then I advise you to do so.

I found the staff and owner at this agency, except for Anthony, to be quite rude and unprofessional in the way they handle the business of letting properties.
Keith Walters is a rather pompous character, who comes across as poorly informed, quite ill-mannered, extremely rude and very disorganised.
During the viewing, he was completely ignorant of which property was actually available to rent. Once applications were made and deposit and reference checks were paid for, there was no communication from them on how matters were progressing even though a holding deposit was made right at the start.
In the end, I made it quite clear how unimpressed I was by the poor quality of their service, and they had to make a complete refund of all the costs. This last at least was done with no issues.
Theirs is by no means a decent service and should be avoided at all costs.
All the team at Manns have been brilliant .Everything so far has gone very smoothly and i am sure that is down to the excellent team work of all concerned

Was recently asked to leave property after given a section 21.when I called the office one of the staff laughed at me down the phone!!
Please do not use the disgraceful agents. I lost half my deposit cos of excuses. If you have read this the and are still not sure look at other reviews, the more times they use section 21 the more money they make, any estate agent will tell you that’s what they do
Think about it, once your in the property they don’t earn any money so if they use section21 on you you have no choice but to leave and they can start the rip off program again
Your company is a disgrace and I will do what ever it takes to convince this community to stay clear of your awful company and awful disgraceful staff
I only have positive feedback for the service i received. There was no "pushy" second hand car salesman type approach, instead i had a very professional, courteous and knowledgeable sales agent in Zac.
Within a week of giving the go ahead to put my flat up for sale, an open day had been arranged with numerous potential buyers. I achieved an offer above the listed valuation, which market conditions at the time dictated, but i truly believe that Zac's knowledge of the market and professionalism during the open day had a major influence on this.
I was kept up to date on the progress of the sale on a regular basis and couldn't have had a more relaxed approach to selling my flat.
I would definitely recommend Miles and Barr to anyone who is thinking of selling and in particular Zac.

They were supposed to call me back to confirm the floor the property was on but they didn't... They refused to book a viewing specifically for me. Told me to tag along to an already arranged one for the next day at 14.30. They took my number to call if I didn't show. I travelled from London in order to view the property and at 14.30 there was nobody there... No calls and nothing... On my way back to the station at 14.50 I bumped into the agent with the other potential buyers. He said the viewing had been scheduled for 14.45... He then could not open the flat. He had the wrong keys and had to go back to the office to swap... He ordered us to wait for him 3 floors down... Never seen anything as disorganised, unprofessional and rude. It was my mistake to call back and arrange the viewing when they didn't in spite of saying they would. I have learnt a lesson here. I would not trust these people with a matter as serious as buying property apart from the fact that I will not allow estate agents to treat me with such rudeness again.
