They list properties for sale on
both Rightmove and Zoopla.
Any excuse to wheedle money out of you, with endless caveats about why parts of your deposit cannot be returned. Was told we had to pay an extra £30 because February had 28 days and we moved out start of March. Complained and got it removed. £125 for magical lease renewal forms which we didn't want as we were going on a rolling contract. Apparently £125 worth of photocopying had already been done (never saw them though) so were given the option of accepting the payment deduction or appealing against it. We needed the deposit back asap so we forced to agree to this.

The agency re-let out the property to a new tenant on 04/09/2014 during my tenancy period when the property kept empty, without notice to me, without apology. The agency infringed my rights, treated me unfairly, ignored my statements and bullied me in a way that results in my financial losses of pro rata rental payment and full deposits no return and suffering avoidable aggravation, distress and inconvenience. The case had been forwarded to The Property Ombudsman.
If you are a tenant, please be very careful and definitely avoided.
Kathryn and her team have been wonderful. In particular, Kathryn has been resourceful and persistent in overcoming difficulties in a rather complicated re-assignment sale - the sale would simply not have happened if not for Kathryn's efforts.
Jake Moore (East Croydon branch) was very professional and courteous. He explained each step of the process well allowing me to understand this complicated procedure well. I also understand that Jordan was also involved in working 'behind the scenes' and he did a great job!
Special thanks for help and cooperation, also brilliant contact to Samantha Harden. That's what I call the professional approach to a customer.
