We had this lady, Kara attend to us right from the very first day of making an enquiry about the listed property till the time we moved into the property all in less than 3 weeks. She was very professional yet warm towards us especially towards my daughter. Excellent service from Mann lettings! I have been searching on the market daily for the past 6 months, and it was a horrific experience until Mann lettings stepped in. My situation was a bit more complex due to work reasons, and the service provided by Mann alleviated all the stress. In particular, Katie Perry, who assisted in finding the property (including paperwork) and Jodie Dixon, who has been an absolute star from the viewing to liaising with the landlords, finalising the tenancy agreement and post-move-in check-ups. I can't complain, excellent service; thank you Katie and Jodie!!!

The worst service ever received from any establishment. COMPLETELY DREADFUL!!! The whole branch from Manager to staff is an utter shambles. Complete incompetence and spend all your time mopping up their mistakes. Paying big fees for loads of stress!! One star is minimum you can select.. Zero Stars is even too generous. No communication at all ...no one in the branch cares. I do not recommend Mann Gravesend at all. GO ELSEWHERE.

I had my property listed with Mann in early March 2020. I believe once staff came back from furlough they wanted a quick sale for their fixed fee. They encouraged me to accept an offer way below my asking price (13k lower). I stood firm and relisted with another agent once the contract had ended, who were on a lower fee, and less than two weeks later accepted an offer well within what I believed was acceptable. Mann were not very proactive at all throughout the process and lacked good communication skills with their client. I wouldn't recommend them.

The service I recieved was amazing, for a first time tenant with no knowledge of what I was doing, I felt at ease with Katie and Shelley. Everything from beginning to end was explained perfectly and simply. The whole process was also completed really quickly, whereas other companies in the area took the same amount of time just to return a phone call. I now have a lovely 2 bedroom house at a really competitive price and the service I recieved has left me confident. 23 Lambe was let by Mann Gravesend until being damaged by the Holborough Berkeley Homes fire. Le-Anne Thomas remained in touch and was more than helpful in attending the property at rebuild handover in June this year. Leigh and his team came on board as our second estate agent and we couldn’t have been happier with them. They only brought genuinely interested parties through our door which eliminated a lot of time wasters and they were very transparent with their feed back. At the very end of our sale Leigh really went above and beyond to support our purchaser and us in pushing both our exchange and completion through and we really couldn’t have completed without his help and going between all parties and solicitors.
We were beyond disappointed with their recommended solicitor though so just a heads up!

I’m so happy I decided to use MANN to sell my house. The experience from start to finish was fantastic, and very professional as it was my first time selling I wasn’t sure what to expect but the guys in the office made me feel like I was always in the loop. Satveer who I spoke to the majority of the time and done viewings was so helpful, he was always there to help with any questions that ihad. If anyone is thinking of selling I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Excellent job start to finish they made my dream move happen.

I would avoid this estate agents. I would not even given them 1 star. Had the most stressful, upsetting experience ever. If you ever buying a property. Forget it. Or at least before you start spending money and energy on getting everything ready. Make sure you get them to take the property off the market. Especially if they agreed to this.
We saw a property that we liked and gave the asking price in the agreement that the property was taken off the market. We did not want to get into any bidding wars.They never did this. They never told us that someone had already viewed ir was having trouble with their paperwork. In the meantime, myself and my husband took days off work to visit banks, solicitors, meeting with contractors etc. We spent £400 on fees. Plus took unpaid days off to get everything sorted. Which we had ready for the estate agent. Only to be told a week later that someone else was now interested.
Where does that leave us. Who is going to reimburse our loss of earnings and expenses. When speaking on the phone they were despondent, rude and completely detached. I understand they are doing their job. They want to squeeze enough money out of you. However. They really played us. They were unprofessional about the whole thing. No remorse what so ever. I felt deflated with the whole experience . So we told them we were out. My love for the house went. They took the enjoyment out of us buying a house.
If you want to get on the property ladder. Avoid going to Mann estate agents in gravesend. Don't be fooled by their cheap talk and fake smiles.

Was recently asked to leave property after given a section 21.when I called the office one of the staff laughed at me down the phone!!
Please do not use the disgraceful agents. I lost half my deposit cos of excuses. If you have read this the and are still not sure look at other reviews, the more times they use section 21 the more money they make, any estate agent will tell you that’s what they do
Think about it, once your in the property they don’t earn any money so if they use section21 on you you have no choice but to leave and they can start the rip off program again

Your company is a disgrace and I will do what ever it takes to convince this community to stay clear of your awful company and awful disgraceful staff

Any excuse to wheedle money out of you, with endless caveats about why parts of your deposit cannot be returned. Was told we had to pay an extra £30 because February had 28 days and we moved out start of March. Complained and got it removed. £125 for magical lease renewal forms which we didn't want as we were going on a rolling contract. Apparently £125 worth of photocopying had already been done (never saw them though) so were given the option of accepting the payment deduction or appealing against it. We needed the deposit back asap so we forced to agree to this.

The agency re-let out the property to a new tenant on 04/09/2014 during my tenancy period when the property kept empty, without notice to me, without apology. The agency infringed my rights, treated me unfairly, ignored my statements and bullied me in a way that results in my financial losses of pro rata rental payment and full deposits no return and suffering avoidable aggravation, distress and inconvenience. The case had been forwarded to The Property Ombudsman.
If you are a tenant, please be very careful and definitely avoided.

The lettings team at Mann Co in Gravesend have looked after my property portfolio for many years. I have always been impressed by their knowledge, customer service and honesty. They work so hard to provide an exceptional service and my tenants have always spoke highly of them too. I wouldnt recommend anyone else. Truly a first class service. Keep up the good work ladies.
