10th May 2024 (18 weeks ago)Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things. I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord. I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with. Anyone who can be as good with me as they have been is worth this recommendation and honest review. Edit: Point of criticism/feedback: They should make it known more clearly than expecting or asking someone to read the Ts and Cs that they're allowed to pass on your details to utility companies as it was rather stressful to discover when I had attempts from companies to set things up and emails telling me they had, the utility companies that is and I prefer to do things myself. And ask if you want them to pass on your details or not. As when I asked about that they said it's possible. Constructive intended feedback ^

8th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)We used Bryan & Keegan to sell our home and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling in SE London. Our home was on the market for 1 day even in a slower than usual property market when we received offers. All of the team were on hand with practical, sensible and knowledgeable advice from the get go. They are really informed about not just the local area but the full sale process and were able to help resolve a number of issues in our chain when we came across difficulties. We always received quick responses and everyone was so personable to deal with. Could not recommend them enough - 10/10 service. Particular thanks to Jamie & Michelle for making a stressful time so much more manageable.

Chris then ensured the paperwork process was smooth and stress-free. Both Holly and Chris were incredibly professional, supportive, and efficient throughout the entire process. We are extremely grateful for their help in securing our first rental flat. Highly recommend their services.

22nd Aug 2024 (25 days ago)I have enjoyed a very association with Kent Residential (formally Seekers) and have used both their rental and sales services for many years. They have always been courteous and have even handled my moans with complete professionalism. From personal experience I cannot rate them highly enough, especially Hayley who has been (quite frankly) amazing in going the extra mile - even contacting me on her day off just to keep me informed. I have already recommended them to family and will probably be using their services again in the future.

8th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Selling property is not my idea of fun, but having Fox Estate Agents taking care of the bumps in the road on the journey and be thre to answer all my questions and concerns was fantastic. From Liam who was our first point of contact, to the whole team, Chris, Holly, and the Big Boss, Chris, they were always doing something to make this sale happen, which was very reassuring. They're good people who have an abundance of that increasingly rare commodity of understanding the customer's concerns.

They were very unclear as to what steps I needed to take and were slow to reply to my emails. They also communicated with me in a less than friendly manner. If I could give zero stars I would.

4th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Terrible service, staff acting arrogantly and rude. Also we have been renting a property for 4 years with them and as a result they stole 55 pounds from my deposit without any reason. I tried to discuss it with them but they didn't want to listen.

When I contacted him I had hit a brick wall with my mortgage application - he spent as much time as necessary to give me the best level of service possible. I couldn't be more grateful to him for all of his help and would without a doubt recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage.

After speaking to John, I knew EweMove was the agents for me - no instant promises, just honest talking. And would you believe the house sold within days. John and Jack kept me updated and stress free as well as dealing with my solicitor here on the island. I cannot thank John and Jack enough and for the straight way of getting things done.
