We didn’t need to chase them at all and as it was a stressful time for us, they certainly took the pressure off us. Big thanks.

A special thank you to Ellie and Erin, who were our main points of contact throughout — both were incredibly helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Overall, we are very pleased with the experience and would happily recommend their services to others.

27th May 2026 (23 days ago)Honestly the process has been so easy. The team has been amazing and Katie has been so helpful with the moving process. I’m a severe stress head when it comes to moving but she has honestly made it so much easier and been so helpful with everything regarding paperwork and answering any questions we have had regarding the process. She is so polite and friendly which has made this experience so much more special considering this is me and my partners first home together and we wanted the experience to be a positive one and thanks to Katie it has. I would definitely want to stay with this company when moving in the future.

Chris, in particularly was very informative on different aspects of renting/tenants rights, fees etc. Really helpful to making a decision about moving. Now is not the right time but will definitely be looking at their website in around 4-5 months time. Restored faith in letting agents. Genuinely has a interest in working for the tenants as well as landlords
30th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Ryan was very helpful and kept us updated as things developed. He guided us to put our property on to the market at a realistic price. Within 3 weeks we had 6 viewings and an acceptable offer. Michael was also instrumental in achieving the offer we have accepted.

28th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)I've not come across an agent that is só invested in both seller and buyer interests. Colin guided me every step of the way. Always on time when we had viewings and communication was never an issue, whether it was Email exchanges, calls or texts. Not once throughout did I wonder "what next?" or "what am I waiting on?". He guided me with solicitor communication, and we got the purchase completed within 9 weeks from viewing, to moving in. Fantastic service, and would absolutely recommend ??????

29th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Had a wonderful experience with wards Kenny was great and with us every step of the way until we sold and then it passed over to the wonderful Kim she was so helpful helped me though with support and always on the other end of the phone or email any problems big or small Kim was brilliant at helping and was fantastic when we thought the chain was going to fall through she went out of her way to make sure that everything was staying back on track would highly recommend and a massive thank you to Kim for always being there for me to have a rant at and keeping things going

25th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)Criena at Heritage Estates did a great job in securing the sale of my fathers house......She was on the ball and pushed others in the housing chain when things needed to be given a 'bit of a push....She communicated well and was always available and replied to telephone calls and e mails when required....Many thanks Criena ! good luck in the future .!...thoroughly recommended.
