2nd Nov 2024 (15 weeks ago)I recently came across an ad for a freehold property. When I contacted the agency to arrange a viewing, I spoke with Stacey, who seemed hesitant to book me in and asked some unusual questions. She also suggested I check train times and call back to reconfirm, even though I assured her there were no issues. We spoke twice, and she never mentioned any specific details about the property. However, she asked me twice about my budget and deposit, which I found strange. She also encouraged me, as a first-time buyer, to consult a mortgage advisor, which I did. Subsequently, I was bombarded with emails, texts, and voicemails to confirm my attendance at the viewing. On the day of the viewing, a different woman showed up and first took me to a property infested with termites, despite reassurances that the pest control was aware of the issue. Unsatisfied, I agreed to see another unit on a lower floor, which was in better condition. However, when discussing the costs, she mentioned a 'ground rent' fee, which confused me as I thought the property was freehold. She then admitted that it was actually leasehold, citing a 'glitch' on the internet. This was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional!

All the team are professional and so helpful. Justine kept us up to date with our sale and has been outstanding throughout. We can not thank them enough for what they have done.

18th Nov 2024 (13 weeks ago)I cannot recommend wisdom estates enough, we had the pleasure of meeting Matt Ferrari who went above and beyond to get us our dream home. He kept us updated and he couldn’t accommodate us enough with viewings of the house that we had purchased. I’m surprised he didn’t start Charging me petrol money the amount of times I wanted to pop back to the new home but it was never too much trouble and if Matt could manage it he would. I only wish Matt Ferrari was selling our home as he was efficient, polite , and extremely on the ball with everything. If your buying or selling your house I couldn’t recommend wisdom estate Sidcup enough. And if you’re lucky enough to have Matt as your estate agent you will not be disappointed. Thanks for everything you did for us Matt we really are forever greatful.

They marketed the property very well, took great photographs (even swept up the back yard!) and got a lot of viewings booked in on the opening weekend. More than anything they communicated with us well, replying to e-mails at all hours, and really pushed the solicitors on both sides to get the sale completed quickly. I would happily recommend them to anybody in the area.

The whole process from start to finish has been surprisingly fast. All in all, I can highly recommend Balgores Gravesend Estate Agents.

31st Jan 2025 (16 days ago)Contacted Eden Estates after download from GetAgent provided me with a list of local estate agents. I selected this agent as was happy with statistics of finding quick buyer turnarounds. A senior official (Jeff) arrived as arranged to my property, timely on the date and time previously arranged. He was shown a quick tour of the property, and provided me with a sales figure window, and this was accepted by myself, as it was close to the figure I had in mind. He also provided me with local history of selling in the area, and other useful information ie, sales patterns and offers from clients,local solicitors. He also informed me of their charges, which I believe to be competetive with other local agents. From his visit, he arranged for their nominated photographer to come in order to capture full measurements, detailed description of the property, and photos. This was done on the Saturday, and by the Monday, Geoff had arranged for a sales board to be erected outside, and the property displayed on their website and associated retail sites eg Zoopla Right move. During the first few days, I had many interested clients, and Geoff had arranged with me to provide a house key and present showings at agreed times between Eden estates and prospective clients. This was done, and useful feed back was given following the majority of viewings. A client has made an offer, which was initially rejected by myself, a counter offer was made, and an agreed purchase price was done with a purchaser. All throughout this quick process, I was kept informed of any updates. I would thoroughly recommend this agent, as they have successfully found a buyer for my property in just over a weeks duration, and feel that the service provided by ALL the staff in the branch was informative, polite, and useful. Note: The photography and description provided was second to none, and was to able to fully justify the layout of the rooms, informative descriptions etc.
