Having moved out of the UK a few years ago the time had come to sell my lovely house in London. However, with international travel being complicated due to COVID I had to completely rely on a good estate agent. I consider myself incredibly lucky to have chosen Andrew Lloyd/N17. Despite meeting him only twice in person Pascal Kannas proved to be the most efficient and effective person to handle the sale of my home. As it happened he had to deal with roof repairs, an uprooted tree and a dumped car on my behalf when the storm hit London. I found these problems quite nerve wrecking but Pascal managed to resolve them promptly every time. Despite living abroad I always felt well informed, supported and confident throughout. Having an estate agent like Pascal made this complex process of selling my home under difficult circumstances a truly positive experience.... Read more

Very irresponsible agency. They are very deceiving with their adverts. We came across town to view a property and found out that it was on top floor. We explained earlier that its for disabled occupants. Have heard negative things about them from other tenants in our new building. They are best avoided.... Read more
