I used Tottenham &Haringey branch services to let my property out. The whole process went well with just minimal issues which were resolved by the staff as soon as they arisen. When it comes to service I received, there were a couple of things which stand out for me. Firstly, I was well informed about the offered services and different options available to me. Secondly, all my queries were answered without delays. I mostly dealt with China, who was just amazing but I would also like to mention her colleagues Shivali and Summer who support me at different stages of the letting process. Exercise caution when dealing with this agency as they engage in deceitful practices. I was ensnared in their scheme and coerced into paying a holding deposit of £576 for a rental property. The manager's conduct has been uncooperative and confrontational, exacerbating the situation.
Upon initially contacting this agency to inquire about renting a property and submitting my documents, I was taken aback by their demand for a £576 deposit. Trusting their credibility, I complied, only to face a lack of cooperation thereafter. Despite multiple attempts to communicate through emails, calls, and in-person visits to their office, I've encountered a continuous impasse. Furthermore, the estate manager adamantly refuses to refund my deposit, citing vague criteria that I supposedly failed to meet.
It's important to note that paying for property viewings is uncommon in the UK. This crucial detail was conveniently omitted, leaving me feeling rushed and misled throughout the entire process. Despite their fraudulent practices, this agency continues to evade accountability and remains unresponsive, leaving me in a distressing predicament.

Please be aware of fraud, I was scammed by this agency for holding deposit in excess of £500, the manager is rude and thick skin. The estate manager claim that I should pay for my viewing and waist her time, since when we pay for viewing in UK? Don't trust as I was mislead with information and rushed trough the process, they don't reply to calls and emails after their fraudent practice.

My journey to purchasing my 1st property was kind of rough because after my offer was accepted on a property and the mortage application made, the lender returned to say they can not lend me that much money due to my affordability. At that point I felt like giving up but Elijah and Michael encouraged me and worked patiently to find another property and made the necessary adjustment to my mortage applications until my purchase was successfully concluded turning a rough start to a positive experience and successful conclusion. They make the process seem easier - flexible with viewings and offer additional services like putting you in contact with their mortgage brokers without going in with the hard sell which can be off putting as a buyer.

Didn't turn up to an arranged viewing, didn't communicate after to apologise or re-arrange, despite me emailing the agent who failed to turn up.
Even better, I thought let's give this a go again, attempted to arrange another viewing for another property and still waiting 3 days later for a call back to arrange a viewing. You would think you know your access arrangements when putting a property on the market or at least ring back to let people know with 3 working days.
Beyond this, if you do complain and ask for the name of the member of staff your speaking with, they lie and tell you a different name. Says it all really.

First of all, I would like to know how much they pay people to give them 5 stars reviews, we bought a property from this agency, everything was going smoothly until it came to closer to completion. Neil, sales manager from the Tottenham & Haringey branch started putting pressure on us to complete within a set period of time which is fair, but the problem was his attitude and rudeness towards his customers. He has a lack of professionalism and manners. He even called seller a compulsive liar in different opportunities to be able to shake off the responsibility of his office miscommunication. Just before exchanging contracts, Neil would not return calls and that is the reason why the transaction was delayed and to make things worse, when the transaction was completed and went to collect keys, my client realised that the seller had just had COVID and had informed the agency to pass the message on to us which never happened, putting us at risk by being in the house without taking the necessary precautions. Additionally, they did not carry out due diligence and after completion, he started pestering my client about submitting additional documentation because Kings Group had failed to do their work correctly and properly from the very beginning.

Hmmm.... where do I begin....?
I was moving out the property, they started showing it to people a month before my moving out date. The property has been "managed" by 3 very young guys, all in very ealry 20's. They were very insitive on doing the viewings at the times convenient to them. Many times they called me an hour before scheduled viewing. They were coming late, they never showed up a couple of times ( an informative msg would be nice). Once I ended up showing the flat to potential tenats as they been waiting for an agent for almost half an hour. They had no respect either for my time or for people viewing the flat.
The three agents never communicated between eich other so I had to speak to all of them separately.
I left the best for the end... I went to the agency to return the keys. They were very surprised as they said that keys have been returned (God knows to who) and new tenants already mived in. Not sure when and how as I moved out the night before.
I used to rent from agencies before and never came across anything like that. Would gave zero stars if it was possible.

Just dealt with the Tottenham branch of this chain and was appalled at the way I was treated. I would never use them to sell my house now that I know how they treat potential buyers.

The agency disgusting I have a year and a half since staying in a rented house with this agency. but they are doing nothing from maintenance ....

WARNING!!!!!!!Absolutely dishonest or blatantly incompetent probably both...... twelve months as guarantor for my daughter........ supposed to be a managed property...... rats..... heating that didn't work...... would not react to complaints....... a property that should not have been deemed fit for habitation...... can't keep track of rent payments even though bank statements have been produced to prove payment. Will not release deposit at end of tenancy. DO NOT USE !!!!! INCOMPETENT UNTRUSTWORTHY UNCARING......

This agency isjust HORRIBLE.
They do not care at all about the customer and the tenants.
The properties that they sell are absolutely rubbish and whenever you have a problem they take ages to fix it
