This is my second experience with Andrew Scott Roberston having purchased my property with them a few years ago. Guy valued our property and provided an honest opinion on likely sales price, provided good comps to refer to and was very proactive in getting us on the market. From there, the whole team was fantastic in arranging viewings, providing feedback and managing the offers. Sadly our first buyer pulled out of the process, but not before William had done everything in his power to get them comfortable with the house. But Guy was straight back in touch to get the property re-marketed and sold again in record time! Clare and Samantha managed the sale to our second buyer and did a great job too. I really wouldn't hesitate to recommend ASR to sell your house, they were fantastic. Thank you all!

Incredibly experienced agent. We asked Steve Parsons to come and help us sell our flat in SW15 after getting nowhere in over eight months on the market. We had tried two prominent national estate agents on Putney's Upper Richmond Road who couldn't care any less about selling our property and never provided any client feedback. Steve helped us create a marketing strategy, which resulted in sixteen viewings in a week's marketing. ASR's photographer was also a cut above the other two agents we used. They were supportive throughout the process and I ended up getting over asking price for my flat. Thanks ASR!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Andrew Scott Robinson in selling our house. They clearly had a good knowledge of the local market, and the price which we might achieve. When we went on the market, they secured and managed lots of viewings, many from their list of interested buyers, which filled the three days we had set aside. We received many offers at or above the guide price. They helped us through the process to agree an offer, and then kept in touch with us and with the buyer and their agent to smooth over any issues until we exchanged and completed a few weeks later on the timetable we had planned . We felt supported and well advised by the excellent ASR team.
