24th Nov 2024 (9 weeks ago)Anthony May and his team of Shania Nwangoro-Rule and Amy at KFH Tooting have been first class in selling our house. We spoke to a number of agents when considering selling our house. I'd always thought of KFH as a reputable agent for selling in our area and their reviews were excellent. Anthony was the only agent that had done his homework and knew all the individual selling points of our house, which gave us great confidence in KFH Tooting. Anthony suggested a reasonable guide price (within the range we had been thinking of) and their fees were highly competitive. We approached four other reputable estate agents selling in Tooting and none of them were anything like as good, so we had no hesitation in choosing KFH Tooting to market our house and were not disappointed. Anthony and his team were highly efficient and the marketing was excellent. This led to an accepted offer very quickly, at a price we were happy with. Throughout the whole process the communication of Anthony, Shania and the team has been excellent and quick. All deadlines have been met including specified exchange date and then completion shortly after. I would have no hesitation in recommending KFH Tooting to anyone wishing to sell their house. Thank you for a superb service Anthony, Shania, Amy and KFH Tooting team!
29th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)Not sorted a broken toilet - Paid over market value, for a property with a broken toilet... this was reported 3 times by the previous tenant and not brought to our attention before we signed for the property. They blame Urang for the key being delayed (it took 6 weeks to get a 2nd coded key for a front door, as a couple moving in?) Terrible experience from start to now... and we still have 1.5 years left?

Everybody involved shared their in-depth knowledge of the area and sale process. That allowed us to make all the right decisions. Due to the situation we were in, the sale process was lengthy. None of that made Horton & Garton team work any less. First sale fell through (due to circumstances out of our control). The Team found the second buyer promptly. House was sold for almost 12% more than the first buyer’s offer and almost 19% more than the asking price! Tremendous success! However, throughout that process, Linnea kept relentlessly sending us new options that would fit our search criteria and was very proactive at arranging viewings.
